Drop-off of hazardous domestic waste – Earth day – April 22, 2017

Prepare your hazardous domestic waste for the drop-off in April!

The hazardous domestic waste drop-off will be located at the Municipal Garage (119 chemin Scott) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Please note that commercial and industrial waste will not be accepted at the drop-off site.

 

Accepted products :

  • Acids

  • Aerosols

  • Bases

  • Car batteries

  • Propane tanks (cylinders)

  • Fuel

  • Ink catridges

  • Fluorescents, fluocompacts

  • Oils, lubricants

  • Medication

  • Oxydants

  • Paints

  • Pesticides

  • Alkaline and rechargeable batteries

  • Tires without rims

  • Pool products

  • Organic products

  • Reactives

  • Electronic residus (computers, screens, printers, cell phones, etc.)

  • Solvants

Products not accepted:

  • Weapons and ammunition

  • Bottles of compressed gas

  • BPC

  • Biomedical waste

  • Domestic waste

  • Radioactive waste

  • Explosives, dynamite

  • Compostables matter

  • Commercial or industrial waste

  • Oversized tires (tractors, machinery, heavy trucks)

  • Tires with rims

  • Construction waste (building materials)

  • Unknown products or damaged containers
