The Chelsea Recreation Sport, Culture and Community Life Department in partnership with the Heart & Stroke Foundation and Chelsea Commerce would like to extend a warm thank you to those who have participated and contributed to the Heart of Chelsea event's, which took place at the Biscotti & cie on February 3rd.
The goal of this event was to proclaim February as Heart Month in Chelsea and launch the fundraising event that will take place in the various Chelsea stores throughout the month of February.
