The Municipality of Chelsea would like to invite residents interested in the moratorium on new construction in the urban perimeter, the draft by-law 1327-24, to an information session.
The purpose of this meeting is to present the draft by-law in order to hear residents' questions, comments and concerns before its official adoption.
