IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CHELSEA'S OWNERS
As part of the general inventory of all buildings located in your municipality, please be advised that your property wil be visited in 2013 by an MRC inspector.
All buildings must be visited, therefore your cooperation would be greatly appreciated. The inspector will have in his possession an identification card that he must present upon his arrival. This inspection is carried out in conformity with Articles 15, 16 and 18 of an Act Respecting Municipal Taxation.
In your absence, the inspector will visit the outside of the premises. He will leave either a form to complete or his business card so that you may contact him as soon as possible in order to make an appointment to visit the inside of the building.
