Planning and Sustainable Development Advisory Committee (PSDAC)
The Municipality of Chelsea wishes to fill positions on the PSDAC by 2013 for a term of two years. The committee's role is to provide recommendations to the Municipal Council on subjects pertaining to the development of the territory (urban planning). The application process is an effort to ensure diversity and representation of our community.
We seek citizens who have a desire to be a part of a committee that focuses on maintaining and improving the quality of life for Chelsea's residents. The committee usually meets once a month on the Monday night subsequent to the Council's meeting. These positions are voluntary and without remuneration.
All applicants must be residents of Chelsea at least 18 years old and be able to communicate effectively in French and English (oral and written). Experience in the fields of architecture and design or in engineering would be an asset.
