The preventive boil water advisory affecting residents served by the municipal water system has been lifted. Water from the municipal aqueduct is now safe to drink.

The Municipality of Chelsea would like to remind the population that a preventive boil water advisory is still in effect for the entire water system.
As a municipality, we are deeply affected by the situation affecting families in our territory and we are very concerned that the implementation of Bill 21 has resulted in the reassignment of a teacher at Chelsea Elementary School.
Council is committed to better communicating with the public. As a result, summaries of the main points of council meetings will now be published a few days after the meeting.

The Public Works and Infrastructures Department is currently working on a water main break on chemin d'Old Chelsea. The Municipality is asking for the collaboration of its citizens to reduce their water consumption during this period.
The Municipality of Chelsea wishes to inform its residents that chemin Cross Loop between civic number 139 and parking lot P15 will be closed for the winter period.
